If your unit needs help with your 2023 Annual Subscription payment, you can apply for support from Somerset North County.
Girlguiding Somerset North can provide a grant to support all members of the County participating in international events. Grants of £5 per person per night will be available from 1st January 2023 subject to certain criteria. Girlguiding Somerset North offers several grants for residential events. This form is for use by individual members of Somerset North who have been through a selection process for a Girlguiding event. Once signed by a Commissioner, the form should be sent to the Chair of the County Finance Committee.
This form is for use by volunteers in a new unit to apply for a £50 grant within the first six months of opening.

This form is for use by volunteers wishing to propose a County event. You should use this form to show the anticipated costs of your event when proposing a County-level event.
The form should be sent to the Chair of the County Finance Committee.
No volunteer should be out of pocket when helping the County. If you incur an expense that should be reimbursed by the County, please use this form to claim back the expense. The form should be sent to the County Treasurer.
